DEELZAT is looking for a motivated and result-driven sales account manager to join our growing team, We are seeking a candidate who is persuasive, energetic, and ready to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Account Manager
Overview: to lead all sales operations across the company, and to maximize sales acquisitions.
Supervision line: Reporting to the COO.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
- Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads;schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers.
- Source and work customer referrals.
- Answer all lead and customer questions accurately; prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed.
- Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value
- Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review
- Self-improve continuously by way of experience and manager feedback.
- Perform sales plans and strategies to achieve monthly targets.
- Acquire accounts for both deelzat and logistics.
- Report to Management on a daily basis.
- Ability to close deals to achieve targets.
- Account management for acquired accounts.
- Verifying Orders and Items before delivering to the end customer
- Conducting Quality Control and Quality Assurance on Orders and Items levels
- Manage Transportation and Drivers daily routes
- Organizes and manage daily shipments and shipments adjustments
- Ships items by examining items, destination, route, rate, and delivery time, and noting discrepancies
- Keeps customers informed by forwarding notice of item availability, shipment date and method, and current status; answering questions.
