Logitude World, a leading technology company, is seeking an experienced IT Engineer to join our dynamic team. If you have at least 1 year of experience, hold an associate's or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and possess expertise in networking, system administration as well as desktop/laptop hardware and software installation and maintenance and virtualization, we want to hear from you!

• Install and maintain desktops/laptops hardware and software, ensuring smooth operation and resolving any technical issues.
• Manage and maintain Windows servers, including domain controller and active directory services.
• Implement and support virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V and VMware.
• Configure and troubleshoot networking devices including switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi.
• Implement and manage endpoint security solutions to protect the company's systems and data.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the team to identify areas for system improvement and implement necessary upgrades or changes.
• Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Create network diagrams and documentation for network design and planning.
• Possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and end-users.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing IT environments.
• Knowledge of SQL Server database administration is a plus.
• Knowledge of office 365 administration and Microsoft Cloud is a plus

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or associate's degree in Computer Science, Network, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an IT engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware and software installation and maintenance.
• Experience in managing Windows servers, domain controller, and active directory services.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V and VMware.
• Familiarity with networking devices such as switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi.
• Experience in implementing and managing endpoint security solutions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud services is a plus.
• Familiarity with IT hardware and software used and computer network systems.
• Knowledge of hardware and virtual server installation and configuration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
