الوصف الوظيفي

Job Descriptions: 

Reach Digital Hub (RDH) is seeking a full-time HR & Admin Coordinator based on the following responsibilities & requirements: 

  • Title: Human Resources and Administration Coordinator 
  • Location: Ramallah 
  • Report to: HR Manager 
  • Contract type: full-time contract 
     

The HR & Admin Coordinator will be mainly responsible for: 

  • Ladder Program: Coordinating and developing the program of acquisitioning and attracting the fresh graduates' students' - training to-hire program – Ladder in close coordination with the HR manager and the strategy Director. 
  • Development Process: Assisting the HR manager in the mission of development that is related to the HR/Admin fields such as the development of policies, processes, internal environment, culture .... etc. 
  • HR Operations: Coordinating and assisting in the operations of the HR function such as: handling the paperwork inside the department, handling part of the operations in the recruitment process, staff training, onboarding, insurance operations, HR services, letters ...etc. 
  • Admin Operations: Coordinating and assisting in the operations of the admin function in terms of procurement, office and facility maintenance, stock monitoring, monthly supplies, events, meeting arrangements... etc. 

 

Job requirements:
  • In close coordination with the HR manager, is responsible for ensuring policy compliance for maintaining consistency in HR and Admin Policies, Practices, and Systems at the organizational level. 
  • Assisting in the operations of developing and following up the implementation of the annual hiring plans, including short-term, consultants, and core staffing requirements, in full coordination with related line managers. 
  • Assisting in the operations of the staff recruitment process in coordination with the related line managers; including, composing selection committee, development of job descriptions, preparation of job adverts, screening of applicants, organization of tests, participation in interviews, and final selection. 
  • Organize orientation/training to update all staff on HR policy, code of conduct, and procedures. 
  • Plan and participate in fresh staff inductions in full coordination with related supervisors. 
  • In collaboration with the HR manager, assisting in the operations of analyzing training needs, developing, and following up conductance of the annual training plans, and processing requests for training in accordance with annual plans. 
  • Following and assisting in the operations of insurance file coverage is in place for all employees, promoting workplace safety among staff and providing advice and assistance on related issues. 
  • Assisting in the operations of conducting the annual performance reviews. 
  • Assisting in the operations of the compensation and benefits. 
  • Maintain updated records of all staff-related information. 
  • Ensure the maintenance of work, leave, sick records, and database and prepare reports as directed by direct supervisors. 
  • Responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the office e.g., management of the supply of materials/services, office, and vehicle maintenance and other procurement operations. 
  • Maintain a professional archiving system for HR and Admin function 
  • Day-to-day coordination of administrative activities related to office and staff operations. 
  • Assure maintenance and proper use of assets and provide security and safety conditions in the workplace and during the operations carried out by the office. 
  • Develop, maintain, and report on property inventory and management, under the HR manager's supervision, coordinating with the Finance Department as needed and appropriate. 
  • Provide logistical facilitation for various office operations, especially communication, transportation, bookings, storage, and licenses. 
  • Performing any other duties as may be assigned by the direct supervisor.
