Job Overview: As a Business Development Specialist at FinBloom, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, providing technical support to clients, and contributing to the overall success of our consulting projects. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategy thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and capturing new business.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis and Research:
-Conduct regular and thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
-Analyze data to develop insights into target markets and industries and make recommendations accordingly.
-Identify and qualify new business leads through various channels, including Through online research, networking, and industry publications.
Client Relationship Management:
-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding them needs, and ensuring satisfaction with our services.
-Regularly engage with clients to identify opportunities for additional consulting services.
-Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and establish new connections.
-Represent the company professionally in various business forums.
Proposal Development:
-Lead the company's efforts in developing a compelling and customized proposals for potential clients.
-Present proposals to clients, addressing their specific needs and demonstrating the value of our services.
Reporting and Analysis:
-Prepare regular reports on business development activities, including lead generation, client meetings, and sales outcomes.
-Analyze key performance indicators to refine and improve business development strategies.
-Conduct other related assignments as requested by the CEO or his designee.
